My journey into Permanent Jewellery started in 2023 after repeatedly seeing it pop up on TikTok. The more I researched it, the more I realised there was a huge opportunity for it in the UK, especially within the salon industry.

At the time, I was already running a busy salon and online academy, but what immediately stood out to me was how quickly Permanent Jewellery could be carried out compared to many traditional beauty treatments, whilst still offering fantastic earning potential.

As I began sourcing products for my own business, I quickly noticed there was a lack of variety available in the UK. Meanwhile, artists in the US had access to an incredible selection of chains, charms and connectors. I knew there had to be a better option for UK artists.

So I immersed myself in learning everything I could about chain manufacturing, materials and production. From understanding the differences between Gold Filled, Sterling Silver and Stainless Steel, to working directly with manufacturers to create collections I knew artists would genuinely love working with.

Alongside growing my own Permanent Jewellery business, I launched my ABT Accredited training course to help others enter the industry with confidence. Since then, we've supported hundreds of students and supplied thousands of orders to Permanent Jewellery artists across the UK and beyond.

What started as a passion project has grown into a thriving family business. I actually launched Links whilst pregnant with my daughter, Isabelle, and you'll often spot her name signed on the thank you cards tucked inside your parcels.

Today, Links is about so much more than supplying chains and charms. We're here to support artists at every stage of their journey, whether you're placing your first order, launching a new business, or growing an established brand.
