Where do you ship to?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to get your orders packed and posted in 2 to 3 working days.
You can choose either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You receive a Royal Mail tracking code as soon as we have processed your order.

How do I return an item?
Please scroll to the bottom of our website to find our Returns/Refunds Page.
How long does it take to process my return?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.

What are your charms & chains made from?
They are made from either Sterling Silver or 14k Gold Fill, perfect for Permanent Jewellery.
Why don't you sell Gold Plated charms?
Unfortunately, the plating on Gold Filled items wears off very quickly, exposing the metal underneath.
Gold Vermeil is also similar, except the wear takes a little longer.
Do you offer Permanent Jewellery training?
We do and have been since February 2024! Jemma has been an educator in the Beauty industry for 4 years & good quality training is a huge passion.
