Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the UK, Europe, UAE, USA and Canada

How do I track my order?

You receive a Royal Mail tracking code via email as soon as we have processed your order.

Will I pay any customs charges?

For US customers, duties and tariffs are collected at checkout. This is currently 10%, however we are not responsible for any additional import fees or charges that may be applied when the parcel reaches the destination country.

Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to import VAT and a small handling fee upon arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not controlled by us.

VAT is typically charged at your country’s rate (usually between 19%–23%) along with a handling fee from the delivery provider.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to have all orders packed and posted within 24 hours.

At checkout, you can choose between Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 delivery options.

We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery (by 1pm) if you need your order urgently — just pop us a message first so we can confirm our current cut-off times, as these can vary slightly depending on the day.

Please note that once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery times are out of our control, but we’ll always do our best to get your sparkle to you as quickly as possible. ✨

Is VAT included in your prices?

Yes, all prices shown include VAT where applicable and you can download your VAT invoices by logging into your account.

How do I return an item?

How long does it take to process my return?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.

Can I change my order after it’s placed?

Unless the order has already been fulfilled and shipping has been applied, you have 2 hours to edit your order.

Just head over to your account and click on your order.

From here you can change variants, shipping method and add or remove products from your order.

Are your products suitable for permanent jewellery?

Yes! All of our chains, charms, and findings are selected and tested by permanent jewellery artists to ensure they weld beautifully and last..

Are your products hypoallergenic?

Yes! Our 14k Gold Filled, Sterling Silver and Stainless Steel are hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin.

Where can I find product dimensions?

All product dimensions including chain width, jump ring size, and connector measurements are listed in each product description under "Specification".

We include these details to help you choose the right fit for your designs and welding setup.

If you’re ever unsure, just drop us a message. We’re always happy to double-check a size or compare items for you before you order.

Why don't you sell Gold Plated charms?

Gold plated jewellery may look beautiful at first, but it is not designed to last — especially for permanent jewellery. The thin layer of gold can wear away over time, which can cause the base metal underneath to show through or react with the skin.

Yes, we do! 💫

Our Permanent Jewellery Course is available online, so you can learn at your own pace from anywhere.

It includes everything you need to know to start offering welded jewellery, from safety and setup to chain selection, pricing, and aftercare.

You’ll also receive lifetime access, an accredited certificate, and ongoing support from Jemma.
