Shipping policy

Shipping charges apply at the company's discretion. Links Permanent Jewellery Supplies currently only ship within the UK. Shipping costs cannot be refunded unless the item is delivered in a faulty condition.

PROCESSING TIMES:
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours via Royal Mail tracked 24 hour or 48 hour.

You'll receive a tracking number in order to keep up to date with delivery times.

USA SHIPPING:
Tracked International – £14.95
Estimated delivery 5–7 working days.

For US customers, duties and tariffs are collected at checkout. This is currently 10%, however we are not responsible for any additional import fees or charges that may be applied when the parcel reaches the destination country.

EU SHIPPING:
Orders shipped from the UK to the EU may be subject to import VAT and a small handling fee upon arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not controlled by us.

VAT is typically charged at your country’s rate (usually between 19%–23%) along with a handling fee from the delivery provider.

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid import charges, the return costs and original shipping fees will be deducted from any refund issued.
